Sleep Hypnosis and Relaxation hypnosis
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on 10 12th, 2009Have you seen the commercial with the rooster crowing all night long at the end of the bed? Or the person at work with their mouth wide open with a big yawn? We have all been there a time or two, but for some people it is day in and day out. I know because I was one of those people. I can’t imagine much worse of a feeling than being awake all night. You look at the clock and feel the stress of knowing your alarm will go off in an hour. You contemplate calling in because you know your performance will not be up to par.
This can be you! You can have Peace!

I found the peace I needed through sleep hypnosis and relaxation hypnosis. Sleep hypnosis and relaxation hypnosis teaches you how to clear your mind and to go through the mental images of relaxing your entire body. It is wonderful, at times your body feels like it weighs a thousand pounds as you are nestled so comfortably as if your mattress and pillows are comforting you. You learn how to shut off all the thoughts of the day and just slip into complete serenity.
After a week or two you also learn how to start giving yourself positive suggestions to lose weight or stop smoking or even clear up some tension about a situation. For instance, imagine it’s your wedding day and you are nervouse or tense. Just relax and use sleep hypnosis or relaxation hypnosis and you can totally calm your nerves. On the day of the event you will have total peace of mind.
Sleep hypnosis and relaxation hypnosis are one in the same. With relaxation hypnosis you may choose to set in a chair so you will not go to sleep. You can relax and than get up to finish the things you need to do for that day. 20 minutes of relaxation hypnosis is equivelant to about 4 hours of sleep so be careful not to do it too close to bed time. It is perfect for a luch break when you are just to sleepy to focus on your job.
Very often it is our friends and family that suffer with us. Please go to Hypnosis Downloads and go to the relaxation catagory for yourself and for your friends and family. You will soon find a happiness that you thought was long gone.

Meditation guide / Hypnosis?
Posted by admin in relaxation hypnosis on 06 24th, 2010Hi,
my question is about an Audio track – meditation guide/ hypnosis.
How do I know if a relaxation audio is a hypnosis thing?
I listened to it last night and felt great relaxation.
I felt great at the time but now I’m a bit freaked out that I may have been hypnotised?
If I was, is it detrimental to me? WHat are the dangers with hypnosis?
How do I know if it was just a meditation?
Is this kind of thing safe?
What is the difference between meditation and hypnosis?
Every time you "zone out" you’re in hypnosis.
Every time you watch a movie and get into it you’re in hypnosis.
Every time you succumb to an advertisement you’re proving hypnosis.
It’s nothing to freak out about.
Relax and enjoy the altered states of mind you discover within yourself.
Your brain is very powerful, but if you’re mentally healthy you’re unlikely to injure yourself with it.

Islam & Hypnosis – Is Self/Hypnosis Permitted?
Posted by admin in hypnosis relaxation on 06 24th, 2010Is self/hypnosis permitted in Islam?, I know some Christian priests claim it is evil {hypnosis that is}, and is not allowed, what does islam say on this matter.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1021712/Yoga-horoscopes-lead-possession-Devil-claims-Cardinal.html
Hypnosis, Self-Hypnosis is useful in relaxation and relieving stress, as well as for motivation, goal setting, and programs the subconcious mind {like in Salah, this is induced as you may already know, by fixing the eyes on one spot}, which is a more powerful area of the brain/mind.
Hypnosis is also used in Medicine, Clinical Hypnotists use hypnosis to treat mental illness, trauma victims {from rape or war PTSD}, and to alleviate pain {if medication does not help}.
I would appreciate your thoughts/advice on this.
As the Islamic website say that scholars believe it is committing ’shirk/blasphemy’ since it involves help from the Jinn, although they recommend it if absolutely necessary…
like if someone is mentally ill, this makes no sense, if it is ‘Shirk’ then it should not be used in any circumstance, including for treatment of mental illness!
Islamic Scholars have conflicting attitudes towards programming the Subconscious mind, via hypnosis:

Please clarify this to me, referencing if possible to the Hadith, Qur’an, or websites.
ask on sunnipath.com – they’re really reliable.
you’re best asking a reliable scholar that you trust. though u might have to first learn which scholars you do trust and which ones you don’t, and then decide who to follow.
it isn’t for laymen like us to say if it’s allowed or not.
in terms of what i believe and what i follow, i haven’t seen any reason why i would link hypnosis with shirk, and i would consider therapeutic hypnosis to be fine.
here’s a QA on self-hypnosis http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=7&ID=3348&CATE=17 which the scholar has disapproved of – though it’s worth noting that the question isn’t referring to therapeutic hypnosis but some kind of make-yourself-happy hypnosis.
i’ll copy-paste it since i’ve seen links that stop working on that site:
"Q:Is hypnotising your own self allowed in Islam? I mean dreaming of nice stuff that would put your mood up. I know that doing zikr would be a better alternative but if you are completely used to hypontising your own self and you do it now and then would you get a sin?
A: Auto-hypnotic exercises devoid of dhikr keep you in the lower dark areas of the world where the spirit does not receive its share of the light it is asking you to feed it. This will affect your states as well as leave you vulnerable to the whisperings of ego among other enemies, inevitably causing what the Prophet, upon him blessings and peace, called rust of the heart. May Allah protect you and us from such and keep you on the right path. Hajj Gibril"
Can tiredness or lack of sleep inhibit hypnosis?
Posted by admin in sleep hypnosis on 06 22nd, 2010
If hypnosis is supposed to be a state of high focus, can tiredness inhibit it?
To answer your question, let me explain a little bit about the background of hypnosis.
Well, you are right that one state of hypnosis is high focus, but you also need to understand that during a hypnosis session (for example, a conversational hypnosis during hypnotherapy session), the person as the object of hypnosis, will be guided by special techniques toward a state of high awareness but relax condition, it’s not sleep condition, but the subconscious of the subject is already in charge.
A very common misunderstanding of hypnosis is that most people think that a person being hypnotized will be on very relax state of mind, and with their eyes closed. In Reality though, a person who fully awake and with full of awareness can be hypnotized, most can be done without their knowledge (some hypnotherapist use this conversational hypnosis technique to help the patient, or a salesman to sell his/her products etc.).
So, hypnosis can be done when you are fully awake or when you are fully relax, for so many purposes.
Therefore, tiredness of physical conditions due to various means including lack of sleep, most likely cannot inhibit hypnosis.
I’m thinking of trying certain types of Alternative Medicines?
Posted by admin in relaxation hypnosis on 06 22nd, 2010The ones I’m thinking about are:
1. Acupuncture (back issues)
2. Chinese Herbs (multiple reasons)
3. Natural Foods
4. Yoga (Flexibility)
5. Hypnosis (For Relaxation and Cleansing my Mind)
I was wondering if you could comment on these.
My parents attest to Chinese herbs helping on minor health issues and acupuncture helping their back. Also, my mom attests to natural food giving her more energy. I had a friend try yoga and says it gives her more flexibility, though it hurts a lot. I have actually once been hypnotized into a very light trance and found it soothing, but was told that if I was hypnotized into a deep trance, I would experience greater relaxation and I could work on cleansing my mind.
I’ve tried all of them- all very healthy. Acupuncture can relieve pain, and promote healing. Food is what fuels your body and mind, so the healthier the better. Yoga is good for mind/body, and hypnosis works to relax the mind, and put positive thoughts into action. Chinese herbs can be more potent than medicines, so seek an experienced herbalist.
can hypnosis of anykind help me with phobia’s and sleep problems?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 22nd, 2010i have both and they are both serious i am wondering if a hypnotist of any kind can help me with them.
Hypnosis can certainly help you with both of these issues. I would suggest that you locate a reputable hypnotherapist near you and go for an introductory session. Following this up with self hypnosis would further enhance the results you experience. Check out my site www.mesmerizedmind.com for some useful information and good luck!

Don’t meditate. SLeep, rest, relax, read a book, pray, meditat on the Bible…etc. Meditation is a way of opening up your spirit man by silencing your body and mind… and what might you be opening it too??
SLEEP HYPNOSIS? BEST ANSWER 10 POINTS!!!?
Posted by admin in sleep hypnosis on 06 20th, 2010ok im making my own hypnosis tape and i want to increase my iq(please don’t say it’s not going to work because i’ll find out about that tomorow myself) so what exactly do i say in the tape over and over, like do i say "my iq is increased" or "my iq will be increased"? Do any of you have any suggestions on what i should say?
there is scientific evidence that it works read here http://altered-state.com/index2.htm?/sub/believe.htm
if you still don’t believe me than go to google type in "evidence of sleep hypnosis" and there you go! <(=^.^=)>
The best way to say this is to give the subconscious a figure, for example:
My IQ is 130
The subconscious takes you literally. If you talk in the future "will be increased", it will stay for ever in the future and nothing will happen.
If you say "My IQ is increased" – if it is increased by 0,00001 %, that’s an increase and your subconscious will leave it at that.
Give it a realistic figure. Not 170, not 200, but something reasonable.
My IQ is 130 or my IQ is 140 and your subconscious will do its best to make it happen.
All the best
Lisa J
