read comments (5)can hypnosis of anykind help me with phobia’s and sleep problems?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 22nd, 2010i have both and they are both serious i am wondering if a hypnotist of any kind can help me with them.
Hypnosis can certainly help you with both of these issues. I would suggest that you locate a reputable hypnotherapist near you and go for an introductory session. Following this up with self hypnosis would further enhance the results you experience. Check out my site www.mesmerizedmind.com for some useful information and good luck!

Hypnosis abd sleep?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 19th, 2010Hypnosis is a well documented fact and it has been shown that people with greater activity in a constituent of the brain concerned with emotional prediction are more susceptible to it. However, has anyone ever found a video on the net that actually put them to sleep?
that would be hard since your eyes would be open, I have been listening to a hypnosis tape a hypnotherapist made for me a while ago and I almost always fall asleep to it.
Hypnosis – audio books – subliminal sleep learning -is this stuff for real?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 17th, 2010Is this stuff for real?
no.
You cannot remember things if you do not attend to them, which you cannot do if you are sleeping or are not able to actually perceive the stimulus
Priming is the only exception. It’s not the same as remembering. And you can be primed by subliminal messages in some situations, but this just means that when presented with the same stimulus again, you will be more likely to recognize it, or that you will be more likely to perceive or perceive more quickly something that is associated with it.
This is not something that is conscious. And it has absolutely has no effect on decisions or attitudes.
hypnosis and sleep?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 16th, 2010I recently heard one hour of being under hypnosis equals 8 hours of good sleep, anyone know if this is true?
I’m not sure… Hypnosis is dangerous for the human mind as it can cause serious damage to a part of your body. But if the psychic is telling you to go to sleep, and not doing anything else, then probably yes…
What is the easiest way to relax, sleep, and meditate with or without yoga or hypnosis?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 15th, 2010
I often use actual light & sound machines, within my office. Surprisingly, the "Virtual Light & Sound Machine" Meditation FREEWARE does offer a close approximation of the real deal. The software’s relaxing phenomenon is purportedly attributable to "brainwave entrainment" through "audio-visual-stimulation." This program does not rely upon "binaural beats."

What Is the Difference Between Hypnosis and Twilight Sleep(Conscious Sedation)?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 8th, 2010For surgery, or just normal night time sleep
Hello,
Hypnosis is a mental effect produced entirely without drugs or medication, just by the power of suggestion. If you are a good hypnotic subject you can be taken into a state of modified consciousness in which you are very suggestible, and which you will not remember fully about afterwards. Some people find that they can be hypnotised into a state in which they do not feel pain, even quite severe pain. Also, hypnosis treatment can be given for night time sleep problems.
Twilight sleep (conscious sedation) is produced by injection into a vein, usually on the back of your hand, of a medication like ‘Hypnovel,’ which is a relative of Valium but shorter-acting. You remain awake, but all anxiety is lost and you remember absolutely nothing about it afterwards. It used to be done in the UK a lot, by dentists; but these days it is much less used outside hospital, because of possible side effects. There is a good reference below. Hypnovel is no good for night time sleep problems.
Hope this helps. Belliger (retired UK GP)

When is Hypnosis most effective before you sleep or after you wake up?
Posted by admin in hypnosis sleep on 06 5th, 2010
Hey, I meant when is the best time to listen to a hypnosis tape, like quitting smoking. Should i listen to it right before i go to sleep or right after i wake up in the morning?
Hello Bad
Both are times of natural hypnosis.
I would say that before sleep would be a good time out of the 2, as long as you have a player than goes off softly?
